Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • Items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Refrigerated items are not eligible for return due to storage requirements and user safety.
  • Supplements are not eligible for return due to storage requirements and user safety.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at Info@Eunoia-gulf.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2: Prepare the Package

Securely package the items you wish to return and include the original packing slip or a copy of the order confirmation email.

Step 3: Ship the Return

Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product fault or an error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are not available as orders are processed automatically upon confirmation.
  • Customers may still request a full refund by contacting us, in accordance with the Refund Policy outlined.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
